	11. Using a toothed brass tube or an X-acto knife, make oversized holes through the top skin and the foam. Keep the bottom skin uncut. Dig out the foam inside the tunnels. The size of the top skin holes must allow the head of the attachment bolt to go through. This will allow you to sink the bolts into the tail.
